Sarah Tan
I am a registered psychologist dedicated to helping parents and caregivers strengthen their relationships with their children through a collaborative, problem-solving approach to addressing challenges at home.
As a parent of two sensitive and sometimes challenging children, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work. I aim to provide a calm, supportive space where families feel understood, and where children can engage at their own pace without pressure.
I take a neuro-affirming approach and am passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, including those with Autism, ADHD, PDA, and dyslexia. My work focuses on building shared understanding, reducing stress within the family system, and developing practical, sustainable strategies together.
I am currently accepting referrals for children aged 6 to 14 and their caregivers although places are limited.
